Privacy policy

This policy describes how we handle personal data on the miura.world site, on the waitlist and in the Miura Intelligence and Miura Trader products. The most important point fits in one sentence: Miura does not sell your data, in any way.

1. We do not sell your data

Miura does not sell, rent, trade, transfer or otherwise commercialise personal data — in any way, under any circumstances, to anyone. That includes partners, advertisers, brokers, signal rooms, contact lists and any other company.

We also do not use your data for third-party advertising and do not allow third parties to use it for their own purposes.

2. What we collect

Waitlist: when you sign up we collect what you type — name, email and, if you choose to provide it, phone or WhatsApp — plus the product you are interested in, the language, the page the form was sent from and the date and time of sign-up.

Browsing: the site requires no registration and uses no tracking or advertising cookies. As with any internet service, the hosting records technical access data (IP address, date and time, browser type) for operation and security.

The site loads nothing from third parties when visited: fonts, images and code are served by the site itself. There are no analytics tools, ads or tracking pixels.

3. What we use it for

Waitlist data is used for one thing only: to let you know about the launch of, and access to, the products you chose. We do not send signal offers, do not charge you and do not use your data for any other purpose.

The legal basis is your consent (art. 7, I, of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law — LGPD), given by ticking the box on the form. You may withdraw it at any time. Where applicable we also observe the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. Where the data is kept

Sign-ups are kept in a Google Sheets spreadsheet in Miura’s Google account, and Miura receives an email notice (Gmail) for each sign-up. Access is restricted to the Miura team.

Google acts only as a processor: it stores and delivers this data on Miura’s behalf, with no right to use it for its own purposes. The site’s hosting acts the same way regarding technical access logs.

Beyond these providers, data is only shared where there is a legal obligation or an order from a competent authority — and even then, never sold.

5. How long we keep it

Waitlist data is kept for up to 12 months after the launch of the product you chose, or until you ask for deletion — whichever comes first. After that it is deleted.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and improper alteration.

6. Your rights

At any time and free of charge you may ask us to confirm that we process your data, and request access, correction, portability, anonymisation or deletion, as well as withdraw your consent.

To leave the waitlist or have your data deleted, simply reply to any Miura email asking for it. The official privacy channel will be published together with the company’s contact details.

To be defined before commercial launch — Legal name, registration number, jurisdiction, address and contact channel to be defined.

7. Data in the products

When registration and product access become available, the data each service needs will be described in this policy before any collection — and the same rule will apply: we never sell data.

Credentials for external providers, where the user chooses to connect them, are used solely for the purpose the user has authorised.
